Mouse tissue extract (50 μg) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Tau antibody [GT287] (GTX634809) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Tau antibody [GT287] detects Tau protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: DIV9 rat E18 primary cortical neuron cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: Axon marker Tau, stained by Tau antibody [GT287] (GTX634809) diluted at 1:500.
Red: Dendrite marker MAP2, stained by MAP2 antibody (GTX133109) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
